Cancellations & Refunds

Reschedule
  • ≥ 48 hours before your session: free reschedule (subject to availability).
  • < 48 hours: reschedule not guaranteed; treated as a late cancellation (see below).
Cancel & refund
  • ≥ 48 hours before: full refund to the original payment method.
  • < 48 hours: non-refundable.
  • No-show: non-refundable.
If we cancel
If we need to cancel, you may choose a full refund or the earliest priority reschedule.

Programs (multi-week / multi-session)
How we charge: Programs are priced as a whole, not per session or milestone.
Deposit (US/UK payments): A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. By paying the deposit you agree it will not be refunded under any circumstances (whether you start or not).
Before the program starts:
  • If you cancel before your official start date, we’ll refund any amount paid beyond the deposit (less non-recoverable processing fees, if any).
After the program starts:
  • You may, within 7 days of the first live call and before attending a second call, request a refund of the amount paid minus non-recoverable processing fees. After that window, no refunds.
Payment plans:
If you’re on a plan, the deposit and completed installments are non-refundable. Missed payments may pause access until brought current.

Digital materials:
Any downloadable or always-available digital content is non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

EU/UK consumer withdrawal (14-day rule):
If you’re in the EU/UK, you may have a 14-day right to withdraw from distance contracts. By scheduling a session/program to begin within that period and asking us to start, you acknowledge the service may begin before the 14 days end and that once we begin (e.g., first session/access), the withdrawal right no longer applies to that service. This clause sits alongside the policies above.

How to request a reschedule or cancellation:

Email coach.lilia.team@gmail.com with your name, the service you booked, and your request (reschedule/cancel). We’ll confirm within 1–2 business days.
Refunds (where applicable) are processed to the original payment method.
